  • Purpose: Remediate a complex airfield hotspot by reconfiguring taxiway geometry near the commercial apron and reducing operational conflict points.

    Operational Focus: Construction phasing, movement and non-movement area interfaces, ATCT coordination, aircraft operating impacts, contractor access, driver awareness, NOTAM coordination, SRM support, and continuity of airport operations.

  • Purpose: Reconstruct and improve the general aviation ramp environment while maintaining tenant access and active airport operations.

    Role: Part 139 / TSA Part 1542 / Airport Operations SME

    Operational Focus: GA tenant coordination, aircraft movement impacts, AOA access, escort procedures, barricade placement, contractor access, NOTAM coordination, airfield safety inspections, and continuity of operations during active ramp construction.

  • Purpose: Reconstruct Taxiway G and relocate Taxiway M to improve airfield geometry, pavement condition, and operational efficiency.

    Operational Focus: Taxiway closures, construction phasing, aircraft routing impacts, ATCT coordination, marking and signage transitions, contractor access control, driver awareness, NOTAM coordination, and operational transition planning.

  • Purpose: Rehabilitate runway pavement and associated operating surfaces to preserve safe runway condition and extend pavement life.

  • Purpose: Reconstruct critical taxiway pavement and connector areas supporting runway access and aircraft circulation.

  • Purpose: Renovate airport rescue and firefighting facilities to support emergency response readiness and facility continuity.

    Role: Part 139 / Emergency Response / Airport Operations Support

    Operational Focus: ARFF response continuity, airfield access, temporary operational adjustments, emergency response considerations, facility coordination, and maintaining Part 139 readiness during construction.

  • Purpose: Reconstruct taxiway pavement and improve taxiway geometry to address pavement condition, safety, and direct ramp-to-runway access concerns.

    Operational Focus: Phased taxiway closures, primary runway impacts, aircraft routing, construction safety, airfield lighting, grading/drainage coordination, signage and marking transitions, NOTAMs, and ATCT coordination.

  • Purpose: Realign and extend Taxiway V while expanding FBO ramp capacity to support general aviation activity and improve airfield circulation.

    Operational Focus: FBO ramp impacts, GA aircraft access, airfield geometry changes, tenant coordination, construction phasing, markings, lighting, signage, NOTAM coordination, and operational safety near active pavements.

  • Purpose: Reconstruct a major runway and associated taxiway system to preserve critical airfield infrastructure and maintain long-term operational capability.

    Role: Part 139 / Airport Operations SME

    Operational Focus: Runway closure planning, reduced-capacity operations, phased construction impacts, NOTAM coordination, airfield inspections, lighting and signage impacts, ARFF coordination, ATCT coordination, and compliance continuity during major airfield construction.

  • Purpose: Modernize baggage screening infrastructure and improve TSA screening efficiency through a multi-phased terminal security project.

    Role: TSA Part 1542 / Airport Security Operations Support

    Operational Focus: TSA coordination, regulated-area access, passenger and baggage flow impacts, temporary operating conditions, construction activity in security-sensitive areas, access control, and continuity of terminal operations.
